THE STORY OF SKEENA COACH

Here to celebrate you

 Dear Site Visitors,

I am passionate about the incredible potential of entrepreneurs—the modern-day heroes who take bold risks, drive innovation and spark meaningful change. My decision to enter the coaching profession stems from a deep desire to support individuals like you on your entrepreneurial journey. By gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities along your path, you can become a powerful force for positive transformation in your life, your business, and your community.

I want to share an important message with you:

Every entrepreneur's story is a blend of trials and triumphs. The true key to success lies in transforming challenges into opportunities and recognizing that greatness is achieved when you channel your experiences into a purpose that serves others. I invite you to unlock the hero within and let your journey inspire and elevate those around you.

I am eager to meet and support the hero within you.

Yours truly,
Manon

A little more about me

As the owner of Skeena Coach, I offer a broad range of services, including destination services, to clients seeking expertise in population health, business planning, proposal and grant writing, feasibility studies, project coordination, and program management. My focus is on providing tailored solutions that enhance organizational performance and help clients achieve their objectives. My expertise extends to business solutions in population health and cross-cultural workforces, with a specialization in building legacy projects, program development, project management, strategic planning, and cultural competency enhancement.

My career began in nursing at St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario, where I gained valuable clinical experience. Driven by a passion for sustainable community development and preventative medicine, I pursued further education in population health at Athabasca University. Most recently, I completed a specialization in the Impacts of the Environment on Global Public Health through the University of Michigan and to better serve today’s global workforce, I have also completed a Specialization in Management of Multinational and Cross-Cultural Teams.

My professional journey is complemented by a solid foundation in writing, research, and business acumen. I have served as a deputy mayor, received a Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year award, and have been a published author and newspaper contributor. Additionally, I’ve spoken at over eighty events and facilitated numerous workshops and support groups, honing my ability to empower individuals and organizations in achieving their goals.

Based in the traditional territory of the Haisla First Nation, I am privileged to reside in this beautiful area and work cooperatively and advocate effectively to support communities and people in the north through the services of Skeena Coach.
