The WOOP Exercise
Wish Outcome Obstacle Plan (WOOP) gives us direction and the motivation to fulfill our wishes and solve our concerns. It allows us to identify the obstacle(s) we believe are preventing us from achieving our greatest wish. By identifying the obstacle, we can realize solutions to overcome the challenge and fearlessly move towards actualizing our goal.
The Dream Team Exercise
Imagine being able to ask a dream team of experts to solve your problem. What would they say? What solutions would they offer? How would they encourage you?
